Live the Dream-Travel to Another Country

Have you ever dreamt of going travelling ? Do you think about getting away from it all and flying around the globe? Well the good news is that you're not alone, in fact, thousands if not millions of people choose to go travelling every year. But the thought of leaving everything behind, such as a job, friends and family, can make travel very daunting for some people, while others just simply don't know where to start. But here are a few tips to help you conquer your fears, and most importantly, start planning your trip.

Where Do You Want to Go?

Depending on your wishes and your circumstances, this could either be the easiest or the most difficult question for you to answer. You may just want to concentrate on one country or you may want to travel to many different countries. If you're travelling on your own, your decisions will be very easy, but it will be harder for people who are travelling with others to make this choice. Sit down on your own or with the people you are travelling with and write down a list of where you want to go, and the places you want to visit, then choose from there. Remember group travellers don't always have to stay in a group, in fact, it can be very helpful for everyone to do their own thing from time to time.

Save Money and Time with a RTW Ticket
A RTW ticket stands for Round the World, and it's a special type of plane ticket that can take the traveller to certain destinations in several countries. The only snag is that the traveller has to make their own way from one airport to the next. This is a great way to travel, and it seems that many people don't know about this type of ticket, so look into it, because it can make the booking process a lot less complicated.

Get Educated
Once you've chosen your destination and bought your RTW ticket, you must find out what entry requirements your chosen country has, such as visas and vaccinations. Read up on any customs or special holidays that you might encounter during your time abroad. Also be aware of any laws that are strictly reinforced, such as littering laws and decency laws, as some items of clothing, such as swimwear, may be deemed too revealing. Try to be aware of any unsafe areas of town, while most places on your holiday will be safe, don't run the risk of harm by travelling to an unsafe area of town.
